There've been a few raised / lifted SR's over the years ... CT-zen names that come to mind include Nostaco, mojo-jojo, and ALAN.

Mojo-jojo's desert-running SR was more radical than Nostaco's, and there are some (surviving) pics of his rig in the archive thread.

There's also at least 1 photo of a raised S-Runner that came from a magazine article (I forget which magazine).

For a while ALAN's S-Runner had a mild lift, but he reverted back to more 'normal' height.
