First off... if you want to make comments about me selling another vehicle, save it. I'm going to be making some big changes in my life. First, I'm leaving my university to pursue an arts degree in the field of photography (most likely photojournalism). Second, I'm going to be leaving Riverside. I'm not quite sure where yet, but right now it looks like San Diego, San Francisco, Austin, or New York (NY being a huge stretch). I will not be moving my business wherever I go, and therefore have no use for a truck and its payment. I said I was going to keep this one for a while, but life changes. What are you gonna do?

Anyways, here's the details...

2006 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner double cab short bed
TRD Sport
Automatic
Silver Streak Metallic
11,800 miles
Tow package
6 Disc changer with steering wheel controls
5 year/100,000 mile warranty from Toyota (4.5 years remaining)
Other than being debadged, its all stock.

This truck has been meticulously maintained by me. As you can see by my sig, I am a professional detailer and have cared for this vehicle since I bought in just a few months back. The paint is in better condition than when I brought it home from the dealership (it had swirls and water spots). The interior is immaculate and free of odors. Even the engine bay was always kept clean and detailed.

I switched the oil and oil filter every 2,500 miles for the first 10,000 miles using conventional Mobil oil and genuine Toyota filters. At 10,000 miles I switched to Mobil 1 fully synthetic. Tires were rotated at each oil change interval.

The vehicle will be sold with a fresh coat of wax and will be spot free, in better condition than any other used vehicle you'd buy. This truck easily falls under KBB's "Excellent" rating. When I enter its information into kbb.com, I get a private party value of $24,900. I'm willing to accept reasonable offers.

I can post pictures later on.

yeah good luck bro. dont let anyone discourage you from doing what u wanna do. I got my bachelor's in broadcasting comunications, something similar to what you're doing, but with a video camera and i've had family members tell me that i should be doing this and that. just take it as grain of salt and continue to do what you want to do.

too bad you're selling the taco though. i might know someone who's interested up here in NorCal. But I think he wanted 4x4.

is it auto or m/t

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I've got plenty of support from family, I just had to explain myself for the people that will inevitably come in and say, "Dude, you're selling another truck! "

Anyways, I fixed the ad to make sure it said it was an auto. I always forget that the 05+ DCab has a 6-speed option.

Good luck with the Taco sale, Kyle, and I wish you even *more* luck with your new career quest ... :waytogo:

Having bitten the bullet, changed my spots, and 'moved on' in a direction only I seemed to see as the way forward (more than once ...), I know what it's like. Stay the course ...
