I didn't do adjustable end links. I had no problems w/ it before I sold it. Just do some light welds, run it through it's arc and check for binding. If you're just not sure, then go w/ adjustable end links, it might save you a headache in the long run.
personally i would go with adjustable ends at least on the uppers but not with heim's, just get threaded adjustments on standard bushing ends...this will give you the ability to tune the rear suspension a little as required if you decide on different ride heights or wheel/tire combos
i running a forward 4-link non-adjustable. i built it my self out of 2x2x1/4" square tubing, i drove it for the first time last night and it rode pretty good even with out shocks. i gotta get some bolts for my shocks, that's the only reason their not on there. it takes time and a lot of patience. this is the first time i have ever bagged a vehicle. i will post some pics of the setup later on. if you can do it yourself then do it, if you can't, find someone that can. the only reason i just jumped in to it is because i am a fabricator by profession. good luck on your build.
Definitely get some pictures when you can. I'm 90% done with my forward facing fully adjustable 4-link for the QA1 coil over setup that I'm doing on voodootrips truck. It can be seen in his suspension thread. Here are a couple pictures...it's all bolt on. Last to do are the links and brackets on axle for upper links and bolt in crossmember for upper links..

hmm yeah I am going to have to say that... I am not prepared to jump into that project... anyone know a good fabricator in the Portland or Seattle area?
