Generally, no. The 4Runner hood is not a direct bolt-up fit on the Tacoma.

The 4Runner Sport hood with the hood scoop is certainly a desirable feature, and, luckily, the body lines do match up beautifully. But all is not perfect in the universe.

In order to mount a 4Runner hood onto a Tacoma, the entire front facia must be swapped out... hood, fenders, grill, headlights, corner lights, etc.  And this is not a simple task, either. The inner structure of the Tacoma is very similar to the 4Runner, but the parts will only interchange with moderate modification.

There are alternatives, such as aftermarket hoods that have the sport hood scoop. Or possibly a body shop could graft a hood scoop onto your existing hood.
