Are you S/C'd? It makes since that it runs better when cold since the air is denser. It is typically felt more in FI vehicles though.

 

I would go back to stock plugs. I had a similar incident where i was pulling codes and had power loss, and as soon as i went back to denso plugs the problem went away. I can't remember what the codes were (it's been over 2 years), but they were the reason.
Other then that, i'm guessing you already had it tuned with all the mods you have so...... if you are getting a p500 code i would look at the speed sensor (since thats what the ecu is seeing as the "troubled area"). I'm guessin the ecu is pulling timing to prevent engine damage.
Heads up! Be VERY cautious boosting until you resolve the issue! Trust me, i speak from experience. You can easily do high dollar damage in the blink of an eye.

Thanks guys....FYI is is on my 3.4L and not my supercharged 2.4L.....MY 3.4L is stock, just has an aem intake, Doug throley headers and an exhaust....no boost on this motor lol....I have no cluster due to it being a off road race truck...i have auto meter gauges....but i can still plug the stock guage cluster back in....

 

Sorry, I was going by the mods on your profile....... Are you pulling any codes? You might want to plug the cluster back in and check?.?.?:shrug:

 

Cleaned the MAF sensor lately? How much offroading do you do and is the intake oiled?

 

The MAf is new..checked it and it was clean...sprayed it with MAF cleaner anyways....My intake is routed inside my CAB, doesn;t get as dirty...I run the AEM dryflow filter! works great! No oil....Also run a Foam Pre-filter over the AEM filter lol

 

hmm, how the plugs and wires?
